Courtney Kopp is a personal trainer and nutrition coach with a passion for helping people feel good in their bodies, without extremes. She has worked with over a hundred men and women to help them lose weight, feel better and gain confidence in their nutrition and in the gym. Courtney felt called to create a space where everyone feels welcomed to move their bodies without judgement or expectations. She opened Momentum On Main for that very reason and continues to deliver on that promise that you will be welcomed without judgement, no matter your activity level, background, or the way you look.

As a wife and mom of two energetic boys, she gets that feeling your best, physically and mentally isn’t always easy. Life is busy, and balance can feel like a moving target. That’s why she focuses on realistic, sustainable strategies with her clients and members that will build confidence, strength, and a healthy mindset. Whether you’re just getting started, coming back from a season of change, or looking to dial in your nutrition, Courtney and her team are here to support you every step of the way with an approach tailored to your needs.

ChRistina Baucco

Christina Baucco is a dedicated yoga teacher and personal trainer with a passion for empowering others through movement and mindfulness. Since 2011, she has been immersed in the world of fitness, as a trainer, group fitness instructor, and yoga practitioner.

With a background rooted in yoga philosophy and anatomy, Christina brings a holistic approach to her teachings, emphasizing the importance of balance, flexibility, and strength both on and off the mat. Classes are thoughtfully crafted to cater to students of all levels, offering modifications and adjustments to ensure everyone feels supported and challenged.

As a certified personal trainer, she specializes in functional strength training for all ages and stages of life. She believes in the power of movement to enhance overall well-being and is dedicated to helping clients achieve their fitness goals in a safe and sustainable way in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Aisha Green

Bachelors in Nutrition, Certified CrossFit Coach, Pursuing a Master’s Degree in Nutrition

Hi! My name is Aisha! I’m a Nutrition Coach who specializes in vegetarian and vegan diets, and my biggest passion is making healthy eating feel enjoyable and sustainable. As a former athlete and now a Master’s student in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology at Columbia University, I combine both lived experience and science-based knowledge to support my clients. My main goal is to empower you through nutrition education so you don’t just follow a plan, but truly understand how to make choices that fit your lifestyle. Coaching with me goes beyond food; we’ll also focus on other factors like exercise, stress, sleep, and building a positive relationship with eating. Together, we’ll create simple, realistic habits that leave you feeling stronger, healthier, and more energized every day.

TORI ROESSLER-STUDEBAKER

Certified Pilates Instructor, Certified Small Group Training Instructor

As a lifelong mover, Tori came to pilates as a way to slow down and ground into her body to complement her weightlifting in the gym. After a few months of taking reformer and mat classes, she had already fallen in love with pilates and the benefits she experienced form regular practice. She felt called to become a mat instructor and bring the passion she feels towards pilates to others in an inclusive and body positive environment. Tori is currently in the process of becoming certified with Pilates Instructor Academy after mat instructor training with Body Arts and Science International, along with recently obtaining her group personal training certification in hopes to bridge the gap between her two favorite modalities: pilates and strength!

MAKENZIE LUCAS

NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Women’s Fitness Specialist, Youth Exercise Specialist, Group Exercise Coach, Community Health Worker, Co-Founder of Dance2Connect

Makenzie Lukas is a personal trainer, group exercise coach, and health educator with a passion for movement as preventative medicine. She has worked in the realm of health and fitness for 10 years. With a degree in Public Health and multiple fitness certifications, she empowers communities through movement and education. Movement has been rooted in her life since childhood. Makenzie has been teaching dance and gymnastics since she was 15. After college her work expanded to chronic disease prevention, where she led the Livestrong program, a health and fitness program for individuals with a cancer diagnosis, and the CDC’s Diabetes Prevention Program. Additionally, she has been teaching group fitness classes to promote community health.

As the co-founder of Dance2Connect, an organization that provides free and low-cost dance and tumbling classes to both youth and adults, she believes that movement should be enjoyable, accessible, and tailored to each unique person. 

Julian ViDAL

NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Nutrition Specialization (In Progress)

Julian is an aspiring powerlifter and avid rhythm game player. He likes to think outside the box when it comes to certain exercises such as playing Dance Dance Revolution as a form of fun cardio. He may be new to working in the fitness industry but his passion and desire for helping others is not. He believes that everyone is capable of achieving their goals regardless if it pertains to fitness.

He takes on a more personable approach trying to relate and connect with his peers and clientele.  Exercising shouldn’t just be about a number, but how you feel and being proud of what your body is capable of doing! Fitness is for everyone, all levels and activities are a step towards continuing your journey of being able to live life doing the things you love. While you may be questionable about fitness, he believes that’s only because you have yet to discover which exercises bring you joy.

  • Nutrition is one of the hardest parts about leading a healthier lifestyle. In nutrition coaching we help you find the balance you need to feel the way you want to. This is a hands on coaching relationship so even though it is online you will be receiving videos from your coach weekly as well as a monthly call to discuss what went well and what needs more work. You will receive individual and hands on attention from your coach to help you finally tackle your goals and finally make them feel realistic.
