Strength Classes

Our strength classes are designed to help you build muscle, increase endurance, and improve overall fitness. You will learn how to lift weights, master bodyweight exercises, and get stronger through resistance training. Our amazing and certified instructors will guide you every step of the way.

All fitness levels are welcome. Modifications and substitutions are provided and welcomed. Because all bodies deserve to move.

Pilates Classes

A Brief History of Pilates
Pilates was created in the early 1900s by Joseph Pilates. He developed the method to improve strength, flexibility, posture, and overall body control through intentional movement and breathwork. Originally called Contrology, Pilates was first embraced by dancers and athletes before growing into the popular fitness practice we know today.

Benefits of Pilates
Pilates is a low-impact workout that helps build core strength, improve posture, increase flexibility, and enhance balance and coordination. It focuses on moving with control and awareness, making it a great way to support everyday movement, prevent injuries, and reduce stress. Whether you're new to exercise or an experienced athlete, Pilates can help you move and feel better in your body.

Metabolic Conditioning is a faster paced class that combines strength training and cardio exercises in fast-paced circuits to improve endurance, power, and overall fitness.

All fitness levels are welcome. Modifications and substitutions are provided and welcomed. Because all bodies deserve to move.

Run Club

This class is designed to help the non-runners learn to love running for fun, build in the time/space for those that just want to walk with a group walk, and for our more experienced runners to decrease their time on their mile.

There are no expectations here. If you want to show up and walk at a slow and steady pace, you can. If you want to race and try to achieve a major runtime PR, you can.

This class is held rain or shine. If it is raining class is typically held inside using cardio equipment for training to increase cardiac output.

Yoga CLasses

Yoga is more than just movement—it's a journey to physical strength, mental clarity, and inner peace. Whether you're looking to improve flexibility, reduce stress, or build mindfulness, yoga offers a practice for everyone. Breathe, stretch, and flow your way to a healthier, more balanced life. Join us on the mat and discover the power of yoga.

OUR Workout Program

Our strength programming is like nothing you have experienced in a group training setting. We strive to teach you proper form starting from the basics and working up to more complex movements.

We program (write) 4 main strength workouts with a bonus strength class on Saturdays. The workouts change every 8 weeks so you have time to learn, progress and improve on the exercises instead of trying to learn something new every session.

We also add in mobility and core to help strength not only your main muscle groups but to help strengthen and increase the functionality of your body.

Our clients have seen incredible results like being more consistent with their workouts, achieving their first pull up, push up, hitting huge PRs, getting off the floor without assistance, hitting runtime PRs, seeing body composition changes, and so so much more!
